Let us tell you about a popular spice in India: Turmeric. It has been used for centuries in India for treating disorders like the upper respiratory tract and joint and digestive problems. In today’s world, turmeric can treat disorders like arthritis, respiratory problems, allergies, liver conditions, and many more. Plus point? Turmeric in food makes it taste even better. Therefore, it’s a win-win situation!

Indian Starters

Be it a party, a get-together, or a late-night dinner, starters are definitely the way to go. Starters are literally the start of your meal. However, they might be the most delicious part of the meal (or maybe dessert?).

Indian meals start with welcome drinks, followed by a huge range of Indian starters, the main course follows, and lastly, delicious desserts. And especially because the starters are too tasty to resist, one might end up eating way too much.

Indians love to eat appetizers, starters, and snacks. Almost all the time, we like to snack on different foods (mostly starters). It’s not surprising that we may have the most street food vendors.

Indian Non-Veg Starters

India might certainly be a paradise for vegetarians (and probably even vegans) but it is definitely a paradise for non-veg lovers. People tend to eat non-veg because it is rich in proteins, a great source of vitamin B, maintains hemoglobin levels, and is one of the best sources of iron.

What is your favorite Indian non-veg starter? Is it chicken tikka? Or are they chili prawns? Or maybe meatballs? If you want to explore more Indian starters, let us give you a list of the most delicious-tasting Indian starters.

For the second marinate:

For the marination:

Boneless chicken (500 g), Salt (1 tablespoon), Red Chili Powder (1 tablespoon), Kasuri methi (1 teaspoon), Black Pepper powder (½ teaspoon), All purpose flour (1 tablespoon), Cornflour (1 tablespoon) and Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tablespoon).

For the chili sauce and veggies:
